The project, invested and constructed by Guangdong Huaxia Hengtai Electronics Co., Ltd., is located in Dongguan Songshan Lake Eco-Park. With a Phase I investment of 1 billion RMB (approx. $140 million), it covers a land area of 50.06 mu (3.34 hectares).
